    This business operates illegally. There are no labels in the garment. Nothing to indicate where its made, what materials it consists of or how to wash. They dont accept exchanges unless you ship it to another country with a tracking number, at your cost!

    It took over a month to get an item I did not order, gave them a second chance and it took another 2 months to once again receive the wrong item. When I asked for a refund they told me that I had to pay to “return” an item I never wanted. The brand name on the items also did not match what was on the site. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

    Stay away from this company - worst online experience ever. I purchased an item and seconds after I ordered the item, a pop up from their Moon Mogul's site showed the exact item for sale. So I purchased the same item that was now on sale. I called customer support immediately hoping that I could cancel the same full priced item on my first order - just got a recorded message. I tried calling the next day but customer service was not available the weekend. I got a notice shortly there after that the first order was already shipped. I decided that my only option was to return the item as soon as I received it. I tried to make a return based on the return instruction at their site. I got an email response asking me do do exactly what I had just done thru their return instructions. Long story short - it was way too hard to get help from this company and a satisfactory resolution.

    Complete ****. I was targeted on *********, it took forever to ship, it was cheap and a horrible fit, and when trying to return it there were all kinds of red flags including no option to return it if you dislike it or doesn't fit, BUT the worst is that the return instructions are very specific which make the cost to return more than the product!

    I wish I had looked at the warnings ** ******** before ordering from them. Terrible fit, and it looks like I may have to go through my credit card company to get a refund. What a pain.

    **** * ***** Too small to wear, not willing to give me a return address, and thought a solution was for me to photograph the tag!
