    Steer clear of Cobblestone Creek if you value your peace of mind and hard-earned cash! My experience with this vacation rental company has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite diligently adhering to their cancellation policy and initiating the process well within the allotted timeframe due to unforeseen work commitments, I've encountered an impenetrable wall of silence from their end.For weeks now, I've been tirelessly attempting to reach out to Cobblestone Creek, bombarding them with emails and voicemails in hopes of canceling my reservation and securing a refund. Alas, my efforts have been met with nothing but radio silence. It's beyond frustrating to be left in limbo, facing the prospect of forfeiting nearly $3,000 with no recourse in sight.This level of unresponsiveness is not only unprofessional but borders on the brink of outright negligence. It's appalling to think that a company entrusted with managing vacation accommodations could demonstrate such blatant disregard for their customers' concerns and financial well-being.Save yourself the headache and financial strain by looking elsewhere for your vacation rental needs. Cobblestone Creek's behavior is not just a red flagit's a glaring warning sign of a company that lacks integrity and accountability I am just looking to have my deposit returned as per the cancellation terms and conditions.
