We purchased a new home from this builder in 2020 and took possession in Nove 2020. In January of 2021 our basement began to leak water through the *** **********. There was patc work done to the *** ********** by *********** in Prince George. The builder did not indicate this on the Property Disclosure Statement (PDS) whe we purchased the home. Our back porch had to be ripped off the house and foundation dug up to be properly water proofed. Our yard is still a mess of dead grass and uneven ground. The builder came a spread grass seed on the first snow. Our basement has now leaked on 3 other walls this January and LithiumOne homes is dragging their feet in repairing the sub-standard conditions they caused. I would not recommend this builder to anyone who is building a home. Failing to disclose previous damage on real estate documents is very serious.
