      My ancient furnace decided to call it quits on me this year. I called around and had three companies come give me a quote for a new furnace. *** at Prime Tech Furnace had the best pricing and also the only one that didnt try to pressure me into purchasing right then. I had purchased my water heater from *** a few years ago and knew he did good work. He and his associates are very professional and friendly. When they were done they there was no mess left behind. Thanks *** :)

      In the recent cold weather my furnace stopped working overnight. Based on BBB ratings I called Prime Tech at 08:30 on Friday morning and by 10:00 Sam was at my door. When he started diagnosing the issue I was impressed with his professionalism. He soon had it up and working with temporary repairs. Sam needed to come back for the permanent repair, he offered to come back Sunday or Monday, I chose Monday. He was there @ 09:00 with a helper. They quickly finished the work and I was extremely pleased with the timing, work and cost. This is a ‘go to’ business that you can count on and I highly recommend Prime Tech and particularly Sam…..well done!

      I called around and received 3 different quotes for repairing my furnace and Sam with Prime Tech provided the most reasonable quote. Sam and his coworker were friendly, courteous and professional. They removed my old furnace and installed a new one without any issues. The whole process went smoothly. The customer service which I received was excellent !. I'm grateful for the help I received. I would be happy to recommend Sam and his coworker from Prime Tech to my friends and family !.

      Hello,
      We previously had our hot water tank installed by Sam of Prime Tech Heating a year and a half ago. It was done very well.
      Now, we just had our furnace replaced and additionally, installed a new AC system.
      Sam and his team did a very good job. He and his team were very professional and patient with our numerous queries before we decided to go ahead with the project.
      We are very satisfied with the work and how he handled everything from start to finish - a great experience!
      We are confident and have peace of mind that Sam will be there to support us on any future issues.
      We highly recommend Sam and his team for any heating and cooling needs.
