      3rd rate warrantees and poor mobile service. Leaky hot water tanks $1800 and $2000 fridges that don’t work. Because their mobile service is poor. My RV had leaky waterlines on first day because it wasn’t inspected properly before delivery. I Repaired it not them. When I complained about their crappy service after spending close to $75,000, they threatened to call police. Can’t make this up. ******** ******* ** * ** *** **** Mill Bay manager is very defensive and also unhelpful. Considering I had a 7-year, $8000 extended warranty. Don’t shop here.

      We are very sorry to hear of your experience. We take our guests' feedback very seriously and would welcome further conversation to discuss how to proceed. There are a number of factors that can contribute to the decisions made by the warranty company. We do our best to support any claims and get them approved. Depending on the repair required, mobile service may not be the right option and to properly assess and/or repair the concern the unit must be brought to any one of our 7 Island service locations.

      They need communication improvement in Merville. They do not call you back. Apparently, they are too busy. We would never buy from them again. We sent it in for repairs that should have been done before we bought it and the RV came back with a dent in the door. So many other problems that we had to follow up on. We were so stressed out that we did not want to communicate with them anymore. It is such a shame as it should have been an enjoyable purchase and it was a nightmare.

      Arbutus RV & Marine’s service department at its Parksville location provided the lowest level of customer service that I have experienced in 50 years of dealing with RV, automotive and marine service centers. Please understand that I direct this criticism to the service department manager. I sincerely believe that Arbutus RV & Marine could not of achieved the success that it has over the past 35 years by providing service at anywhere near this very low level. Hopefully Rose and Craig Little will read this review and take the steps necessary to deal with the extremely low quality of customer care that their Parksville branch’s service department management is so capable of providing.

      Hello Ken,  We are sorry to hear that your experience was less then exceeding. We strive to do our best and take these reviews as a chance to improve. Although I can not speak to your experience I can say the current team in Parksville is working hard to ensure that every guest is given an exceptional level of service. Time to time we may fall short and realize they are humans and we can not resolve everyone's concern as they may wish. I am confident our team went above and beyond as they felt, however it appears we may have fallen short in your eyes.
