    I don't understand. When diagnosing a vehicle for overheating, one of the first things Kyle does is cut off the timing belt. Really? Why? To get to the water pump easier? That is so absolutely ridiculous. So, what was originally a diagnosis for an overheating vehicle, turned into a complete timing belt/tensioner replacement. At my cost obviously. ** *** *** *** ** *** ******** ******** ** **** ******** they do not like taking responsibility for their actions. * ************* **** **** ******* **** ***** ****** *** ******* ***** *** ********* ***** **** ********* * ******* **** ***** ********* *** *** ******** ** **** ******* *************** ******* **** ***** **** **** * *** ***** ********* **** **** ****** ***** ******* *** *** ** *** ***** ******* **

We made an appointment and brought a motorcycle in for a safety, to have spark plugs changed and a front tire repaired. The oil did not need to be changed as it was new oil. ****** *** ** **** ** **** ***** ** **** ** *** ***** ***** We were told that it would take a week as the inspector who did the safety only came to the shop once a week. When we returned to pick up the motorcycle we were told a) they didn’t do safety checks b) that the inspector never comes to the shop to do inspections and we were lying and c) they don’t do tire repairs for motorcycles. ** ** *** ******** ** **** ** *** ***** **** *** *** *** **** *** **** ***** **** *** ********** ** **** ******** ** ******** ** ****** *** they did change the oil but not the spark plugs. We were again told we were lying and that the shop never said they did inspections that we would have to take it to another shop for the safety inspection certificate. *** ***** ******* **** ****** ***** **** *** **** *** ** *** **** ******* **** *** ******  We later learned the shop he directed us to didn’t do safety inspections either. So after paying over $****** for an oil change and 2.5 hours of labor, we still did not have an inspection and had to pay again to have one done. While I acknowledge our error in going to this shop, (we are from out of province)…had he told us we didn’t have an appointment and he didn’t do safety checks on motorcycles we would have had the inspection done in one day and had $300 dollars. Being told I was a liar was not what I would say is good customer service. For certain we would not have left the motorcycle there for a week and not get any of the requested work done.

They showed up and were explained to in the most clearest of detail that we do not do inspections, and that we would make sure it would pass one by going over everything. I don't think it was a misunderstanding, I think they completely misinterpreted our entire conversation. That is at no fault to us.
