We chose the Oxbow location for cycling and clean facilities. We stayed twice this month at different times. We will not go back! We are traveling in a 24ft motorhome- sites are very small and close together. There are many rules. It cost $6 just to dry a small load of laundry. The first visit we were on a patio site. We arrived to a clean patio and table area. On our second visit we got a dirt lot that was full of tree deadfall, the legs of the picnic table were buried in mounds of leaves, and there was an upside down bees nest in the middle of the lot. Bring your own rake or blower for these sites and beware ** *** ***** ******!

It is unfortunate that the these guests had a bad experience. They stayed from June 6th to June 10th in Site 20. That site had a concrete pad. When they were leaving the husband asked if we had a site for June 21 to 25 as his wife was going to fly home to a new grandchild. That weekend was Elvis ********* *** Wow and Classic Car Show. I advised him that we had Site 51 available. He went and looked at it and said it would be fine and that he wanted to book it. With regards to laundry - The dryer is $3.00 for natural gas laundry that goes for 25 mins. If the customer would like to top up with 25 cents to add minutes it must be done before the dryer stops. It sounds like the dryer stopped and the guest had to add another $3.00. This is unfortunate. We would be happy to submit photos of the site. The site they were in the second time is a 27 foot trailer site with Grass past the gravel where the picnic table is. We did ask the guest not to put the mat on the grass as we have automatic sprinklers and it would get their mat wet if it was on the lawn.
