  We have had such a good experience with Clydesdale moving. Sasha and Marcel were so quick, efficient, and thoughtful. Moving is such a stressful time. Wade went out of his way to reassure us about any questions that came up. These guys work hard. Everything was on the truck in a matter of hours. Amazing.

  Great company! They get the job done fast and efficiently. Wade was fantastic to deal with, he makes you feel like you are his number one customer. His crew was fast and efficient, polite, caring and hard working. This was our second move using Clydesdale, and we were extremely happy with their service. I highly recommend them for your next move!

  I had a great experience with Clydesdale Moving. I had a smaller moving job and Wade offered to pull some of his team together the next day which was amazing. They are friendly, professional and thoughtful in handling my furniture. The move went very smooth, and I was more than impressed with their service. Highly recommend their team!

  Had a horrible experience with Wade. They sent a truck that was too small to fit all our stuff after telling them we had 4 bedrooms and a basement to pack. After asking if they could do two runs if we paid them more, I was told they had an elderly customer to deal with after us so they couldn't do that. I then called Wade, frustrated trying to find a solution, and was subsequently yelled at and could not get a word in edge wise, and told that our house was a biohazard. * ***** *** ****** ** **** ** **** *** **** *** **** ********* *** ********* ** ***** Wade kept claiming they had a right to refuse biohazardous work which this was not as the workers continued to pack what they could fit in the too small truck. I was then informed they had taken photos of the inside of our house and shared them amongst the staff without our consent. While getting blamed for having a "biohazard" I frustrated hung up and tried to find myself a solution and rented a U-Haul for $100 which was the same size as the truck they sent. Wade then called back to say he suddenly could have someone go back if we "cleaned up" I told him no thanks and hung up.

  We paid the workers and even tipped them as they did sweat their butts off for what they could fit in the truck which unfortunately was not nearly all our stuff. Later after telling our friends of our experience they left a review as they felt the experience was bad enough to warrant it. After 8:30 PM Wade then called us to harass us to remove the Google Review when it was not even us who put it up there. He also tried to threaten us with posting the photos publicly. At no point did we raise our voice or swear as we had no time to talk. Wade kept being defensive and placing the blame on us rather than being gracious and trying to find a solution like a true professional. From the bottom of my heart I cannot recommend Clydesdale at all. ** *** ***** *** ***** ******** ****** * ** *** ******* ** ** *** ******* *** **** ****** ****** ***** *****

  During the initial call Wade informed this person that we do not do Ministry moves after she made a Freudian slip. She lied to us and insisted that she was paying for the move out of pocket. I will get back to this later.

  When the men arrived on site the house was biohazardous, and nothing was packed. The customer was rude and disrespectful. They moved out a load of what could be gotten to without exposing themselves to harm. The movers called her after the offload and informed her they would not finish the job until the trouble spots were cleaned up and it was safe to proceed. This person demanded they clean up her mess. At this point the job was shut down. Under BC law we as a company cannot force our contractors to perform dangerous work. They have the right to refuse unsafe work and in this case they exercised that right as per WCB regulations. Wade later tried to reason with the customers handler about cleaning up the biohazardous mess and he told Wade to Eff off.

  I sent Wade down to the Ministry office to speak to them about their client's behavior and demeaner. Usually Ministry clients must get a written estimate before monies are released. *** ******** ******** ** **** *** **** *** ***** * *********** ******* **** **** **** *** *** *** ***** ****** *** **** *** **** **** **** ******* *** ** ******* ********* ** ****** ** **** *** ****** ****** ********** *** ** *** ***** ************* *** ******* ****** Because of this person's behavior and other Ministry client's behavior we cannot take these jobs. These jobs require specialized training in mental health/addictions, janitorial courses, and first aid. We do not have the specialized training to do this work so please do yourself and us a favor and call another company. Thank you and have a great day.

  I called Wade at Clydesdale Moving & Hauling Ltd. at about 5:30pm in a pinch. I was loading my U-Haul the following morning with no help. Wade and team squeezed me in the next day and loaded my U-Haul. They even professionally wrapped my important and hard to move pieces of furniture. They provided such great service and did such a good job that I called them on my actual moving day and they drove out to Ladysmith to unload the truck for me. They literally saved the day for me. Thank you so much for going above and beyond! Will definitely be recommending Clydesdale Moving and Hauling to others!
