"I bought a washing machine from this company Sept 2 2022 I used it for a few weeks when I noticed it was very rough on my clothes, I had put a lacy nighty in for a wash and when i removed it after it was washed the lace was in shreds, I was not a cheap nighty. Th warranty of 30 days had not expired so I telephoned the company that I was going to return the machine, I asked for them to pick it up and was refused with them stating to me that it would be another $100 to have someone pick it up." ...
