  What a delight to have found a company so very competent and dependable. They come when they say they are going to, and go the extra mile when needed. Jay found, diagnosed, and fixed a problem with a brand new A/C unit that had a manufacturing fault. This is a great company to work with and I give them a 5/5 rating as this kind of service is rare nowadays. Thanks to all of you at Coastal.

  After calling about the smell of gas in my house, Jay of Coastal Energy was dispatched to investigate the situation. There was indeed, a gas leak. After several hours spent looking in, out and under the house, Jay called for backup - he called them "the top guns". Jay assisted "the top gun" team and after further investigation, the source of the leak was found. It was determined that is was coming from an apparently illegally installed pipe. The problem was then quickly rectified and what could have been a very dangerous situation was averted. Jay was the first to arrive and the last to leave (around 7:45pm). Thru out Jay was calm, reassuring, low-key as well tenacious in his approach to solving my problem. I am extremely grateful to Jay and the Coastal Energy top guns' team. Thank you so much!!!   Coastal Energy was a delight to work with. Starting with the efficient and friendly office contact, appointments were absolutely on time. All their systems are online so super easy to pay invoices. The guys were also efficient,on time and did great work. The tech who booted up the system yesterday was friendly knowledgeable, and took a few extra minutes to teach me how to work with my new system. I have a really tall old house, So it really depends where you put that cold air most. Thanks guys! Super stoked for a cool summer

  A very reputable company.....they do what they say they will ! They have a knowledgeable employee base starting with our estimator Angelo, and ending with Dalton and the installation crew. Our heat pump installation went so smooth and was handled with care......they even took care to remove their footware every time they came into the house. We would definitely recommend this company without any reservations.

  Angelo Polumbo is an excellent and very conscientious salesperson. The installation team were polite, on time and did a great job. We had one small problem that was rectified quickly. I highly recommend Coastal Energy.
