  Satisfied with the experience using Top Trade, from the office staff to the sales person and the installers. Professional and thorough, explaining the process and recommendations, taking photos before and after, and the cost was competitive. They were respectful and cleaned the area after.   Top Trade Insulation and Attic is Fantastic! I was concerned I had mold in the attic of our home in Victoria. I called Top Trade Insulation and Attic and booked an attic inspection. Hector came out quickly and did a thorough investigation. I’m 83 years old and 6’ 3” tall, so I certainly didn’t want to be up on the ladder banging my head on rafters while concerned I’d take one wrong step and fall through my ceiling.
  Hector did find ventilation issues and mold, he took about 40 photographs, and gave us the full inspection report. I decided to take care of the issues and upgrade my attic insulation from R30 to R50 while also fixing the ventilation issues which caused the trouble. The best part was that we qualified for rebates (I wouldn’t have known if they hadn’t told me), so it ended up being a very reasonable upgrade which will even save me cash on heating moving forward.
  Reed, Victor and Abdullah handled the work up in the attic and they did a fantastic job! They even took photos of the completed work so I could see what was done, both before and after. It is wonderful to know that REAL SERVICE still exists and that a team of people can come together and take such great care of customers. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Top Trade Insulation and Attic!!!

  We recently had Top Trade address a number of issues in our attic, including some mold, poor ventilation and insufficient insulation in some areas. We were very impressed with the professionalism shown by David ******* and the installation crew. David attended, conducted and completed an inspection of our attic and took photos to document the issues and prepared both a quote and work plan. He was knowledgeable in explaining the benefits of remediating the mold, improving the ventilation and adding the required insulation. He also took the time to outline the process for applying for the provincial grants available to us.
  The installation crew showed up right as scheduled and were also very friendly and professional and took the time to explain what they were doing. Peter, the owner, also stopped by to support the crew and answer any questions we had. All the work was completed in one day and they provided us with photographs to clearly show everything they had done. They left the area clean and tidy.
  We were very happy with the finished work.
  We would highly recommend Top Trade to other homeowners

  The crew was great and you have all been amazing from the time of receiving a detailed quotation, to the reception whom took the deposit and confirmed appointment.
