    Im reaching out to bring a formal complaint to your attention regarding the service Ive received from Benz Transmission Shop.Back in August 2024, I brought my vehicle in for a new transmission. Shortly after the repair, I returned the vehicle to them, as instructed, about a week later for a leak check. At that time, I informed them that I was already experiencing issuesclunking noises and the car not functioning properly. I was told to keep driving it and that the issues would likely resolve.However, by October 2024, the problems had gotten worse. I brought the car back in, explained the continued issues, and a shop employee took it for a short drive. He returned and insisted everything was fine and dismissed my concerns without taking any further *********** forward to now: I dropped my car off again on April 18, 2025, due to the same ongoing problems. This time I brought my boyfriend with me for support. The shop held my car until April 30, 2025. When I picked it up, the car seemed to be working better, although the fan now wont shut off. When we asked for documentation regarding the repairwhat was done, what parts may have been replaced, etc.we were told they dont provide paperwork for this type of repair. I now have no written record of what was done, no clarification on how the issue was resolved (or if it truly was), and no paper trail in case further issues arise. On top of that, my warranty is still only valid until August 2025, leaving me concerned about what will happen if this unresolved issue ************* really appreciate your help in addressing this situation and ensuring proper documentation is provided for any future issues that might fall under warranty.

    my truck was sent out and a couple days later the ****** let go.in ********* they made a wrong right tow right away and was fixed in no time,i was going to post this many years ago. but getting to it know because they over the phone gave advise that solved my wifes jeep issue that was my problem for over a year and i couldn't bring it in to spend $$$$ to get the solve done.thanks so much! just in time for this winter the auto start can work again KD

    I waited a month for a scheduled repair that made my car undrivable. On the night before my appointment I had my car towed to the shop as planned by the staff and I. On the day of my appointment I was told there are no "appointments" and I can wait my turn in the cue and they would "*** ** ** **** **** *** ** **". The person who told me this laughed at me said there was no way anyone told me I could have my car repaired that day. I tried to explain I had made the appointment a month earlier, unfortunately he talked over me and said maybe next week they'd have it done. I waited 2 weeks past my appointment for the service. . Their disorganization cost me a small fortune. They did meet the price they initially quoted me, which was a pleasant suprise as I had to taxi all over the lowermainland to get to different work shifts for the 2 weeks I unexpectedly had to wait for them to quasi honor my appointment. Zero stars for customer service, 1 star for doing the job well 1 star for meeting the quote. Never again. This used to be such a great business.

    I checked in our quote and appointment book and did notice we had you booked on Sept 19 th and we had the job completed on the 26th. The clutch job on your Mazda is an 8 hour job with the flywheel having to be sent out to a machine shop for resurfacing. The normal turnaround on a job like that is 3-4 days. With our staffing issues and back up of work and the machine shop not able to turn the flywheel for 2 days we did have a longer than usual repair time. I would like to apologize that it took a few days longer than anticipated. I also noted you were quoted $2000 plus taxes for repair, but we actually did the job for $1715 plus taxes. Hopefully the $285 plus taxes you saved on the quote helped. The car was in our shop for 6 business days total.

    My car was in your shop for 2 weeks. I could have brought it in much sooner but I was told I had to wait for my appointment. That is fair. The quote is fair. What is not fair is the rude customer service that would not disclose why my car remained untouched for a week after my appointment, and the estimated date it would be completed. How easy would it be to say "** *** ******** ** *** * **** ****** ** ************" versus being really rude and blaming the customer for your staffing issues. I am aware of the amount of work and hours it takes to get a clutch done, this was explained to me when I initially booked my appointment a month earlier. They explained this was the reason why I had to wait so long for an appointment. They explained this is why the job would take up to 2 days to complete. Nobody offered me explanation why it wasnt being done on my appointment date. Just one person offered me some clarity into the running of this business, when he made it clear my inquiries a week later were becoming quite annoying and I wasn't being truthful when I told him I had an appointment. And here we are, more of the same.
