Imperial Data Supply Corp. guarantees all products designated as Imperial Brand to be free of defects in materials and workmanship affecting form, fit and function. We have to limit any claim under this warranty to the customer who purchased such product and only while such customer owns such product. The Limited Warranty covers only defects arising under normal use and does not include malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, problems with electrical power, usage not in accordance with product instructions, acts of nature or improper installation. This warrantee is for replacement of defective products and is limited to 1 year from the original date of purchase. This warranty is for replacement of product or credit note. No cash refunds all sales are final.
All items designated as OEM, original equipment manufacturer shall be limited to the terms and conditions of the OEM manufacturer.
Even in a perfect world defects happen and we have you covered. First and most importantly you must contact our staff if something is not working. Often a little free help from one of our knowledgeable staff can correct something you are not doing. If you have a defective item we will replace it for you at no charge and cover the return shipping charges as well. We will require print samples if it’s a print issue and a note describing any other issue. Once you have authorization a return label will be e-mailed to you to ship the product back. No credit will be issued without authorization. No collect shipments will be accepted. Credit notes are for in house use only. We do not refund payments.
