    Communication with *****, the sole proprietor Lower Mainland Sprinklers, is beyond difficult. He doe not show up when he says he will and he does not let us know. It has been a month, before heat was a problem since we first contacted him. May 4 was the last date he promised he was going to come. He has been a no show and no communication despite several attempts to contact him. The box installed by Lower Mainland Sprinklers has all the dirt collapsing around it covering the valves. It needs attention in a timely manner so that we can use our system. We believed his word that he would come. Now all other companies are now too busy to fit ** in the near future. The unreliability is beyond frustrating. We have had to postpone planting and fertilizing our garden as the system he shut down in the winter has not be started up again. We paid him thousands of dollars for a water system but have plants suffering in this heat wave! We had many broken promise last year as well. He avoids calls and does not reply to messages or texts. It took ***** so much longer to install the system than he promised with many days of no worker and no calls. The quote stated approximately 5-6 days for completion and it took 8 weeks. I do not think there is intent to be so unreliable. I think ***** is just a poor business man and incredibly bad at planning. He is good at avoiding calls. He wouldn't pick up my husbands calls but answered when I called, until he knew my number! LMSprinklers website says it is a BBB Accredited business but the BBB website says the business is not BBB accredited.
