  They often break several rules of the road resulting in unsafe working condition.They hire inexperienced drivers that put themselves there coworkers and others on the road in japordy.They don't maintain proper ccohs guideline such as med kits on board with basic eye cleaning tools in the event of an emergency, no road flares or hazard signs for break downs They often for you to commit to unsafe working condition under threat of termination, and refuse to take responsibility.The drivers often damage company products/vehicles and are told not to report the issues under threat of termination.Most of every driver is under some influence while drive the trucks making it an unsafe work environment.The union **** do little to properly maintain a healthy and safe relationship with co-workers and often fail to fulfill there obligations to the tasks required from the title and are more then often hostile towards anyone being a so called "whistle blower" going so far as to denie service's to co-worker of which they daem unworthy, as far as to lie and withhold important information to othere wise benefit, and assist the worker in job security ********************* often overlooks issue of life threatening matter and will inform you that you will be terminated for attempting to bring them up.All round it's a mircle that the company is even still aloud to function as the trail of absolute carnage in the care of simple work place safety is near none existent, including but not limited too, drug use, smoking in unpermitted areas leading to health risks which in clues both management themselves despite concerns being raised about ******* well as workers destroying company property on camera recorded, such as boxes and private property belonging to home owners such as vehicles and structure left unannounced to management The drugs use alone should be enough for an investigation to be launched under the road safety violations alone.
