Centra (Langley) supplied all the doors and windows to my home. They claim on their website there is a lifetime warranty on their products. The doors are 4 years old and the locking mechanism on 2 doors have failed, they don’t lock properly and now there are security and safety risks. I’ve submitted 3 on-line requests for warranty work on these doors. I called the service manager (Anna) twice with no response. I’ve called the Lead Customer Care person (Lee) still no response. It’s unacceptable that management is aware of my security issues and choose not to respond. ***** ******** ******** ***** ** ****** This company needs to be held accountable *** ********** *** *********

Hi Centra Thank you for finally getting to me. I now have a total of 4 doors not working properly. You and I both spoke with the Home Warranty company, of which you are now providing 2 brand new doors that are leaking. There are 2 other doors that are not locking. Would like to know when all of this can be resolved.Centra Windows Inc.

We had a 16’ slider installed to replace an 8 ft window and 2 french doors. The city came by and wanted a structural review and shut the project down. It took 3 months before we could start the project again because of poor Centra management. They were paid right after the job was done and had very little incentive to correct our problem. Their engineer said this was because they were all “working in silos” and didn’t know what the other was doing. It wasn’t until we had to get everyone together in several Teams calls to get anything done properly. In the end, they had to replace the 16’ slider with 2 88 inch sliders and I still have not received a refund nor any communication regarding the fact that one of the sliders cannot be unlocked. We are going on 4 months now. This has been a nightmare for us, resulting in having to maintain 2 homes over the summer. I am so disappointed with this company, I would never recommend their product. The installers were great. Management could use some serious help.
