      Last year I purchased a laser hair removal package from IDEAL IMAGE in South ******. I did my research and they had been around for a long time in ******* and ****** so I thought it would be a safe choice. I ended up financing through their loan company, which was PAYBRIGHT. All was going well until IDEAL IMAGE went bankrupt in ****** and shut their doors unexpectedly. Eventually I received an email stating SPATRU would honour packages/membership. At the time it was summer so I called and asked how long I needed to be out of the sun before I came. The girl said 2 weeks so I booked, and was out of the sun for 17 days total by the time I got in. Before we started she said youre pretty dark to which I said, Ive been out of the sun the recommended days but whatever you think. Everything was going smoothly until she got to the tops of my upper legs. I was like this is really getting red and its hurting more than usual. She said it was normal and the machines were stronger than at IDEAL IMAGE. I should have said stop but I didnt want to seem like a wuss. By the end of the front I think I was in shock. She got me ice for my legs and then I flipped to do the back of my legs. They were on FIRE by this time. Heres the thing. I know she changed the setting before doing the back of my legs, and they ended up fine. I could barely get my pants on afterwards and on the drive home I almost pulled over and called an ambulance because I realized something was very wrong. As you can see from the photos, I was badly burned and now scarred- likely permanently.Heres the big issue. ***** wants to accept any blame and I still have payments coming out! IDEAL IMAGE says they handed the contracts to SPATRU, ****** says they took no payment. ********* says it has to be dealt with through IDEAL IMAGE but they say they cant do anything to help me. Now PAYBRIGHT wants to come after me for the balance owing and this could affect my credit. I am obviously not going back to SPATRU
