      This company is a joke. I just bought a 2025 Class C RV in July, and it's been in the shop more than I've had it. The generator doesn't work, It's November, and im still getting the run around from them. **************** is so rude. So rude. I've left messages, and no phone calls back. The salesman sold me on this Coach net app when I first bought it. He told me if I didn't like the size of the flames on my stove, they would come and fix it. ****** calls. I was stuck on the side of the highway and my generator wasn't ********** I called the service. They pretty much told me I was s*** out of luck and whatever the salesman told me was b******* and he shouldn't have presented that way for me to have bought into the package. The lies and ******** that have come out of this company is mind blowing. I'm trying to take legal action right now. Hopefully I can get somewhere. Never again.Would I ever deal with this company?And never, will I recommend this company to anyone. They should definitely be investigated for their ******** so people don't get ducked into buying a lemon or zn RV like mine.

We understand that having issues with your new RV, particularly with the generator, has been frustrating and has taken away from your enjoyment of your purchase. Im very sorry that this experience has been disappointing, and Id like to clarify the steps weve taken so far to resolve this for you.After you first reported the generator issue to us on August 27, we began working to identify the source of the problem. This generator model is new to the market, and unfortunately, we encountered unexpected challenges in finding qualified technicians and service solutions. We understand that delays are frustrating, and we are actively working to get your RV back to full functionality as quickly as *********** of November 12, 2024, we have coordinated with the generator vendor, and they are sending us a new inverter to help resolve the issue. We are committed to ensuring that this replacement part is installed promptly once received. Please rest assured that we will keep you updated on the progress and are dedicated to seeing this through to a resolution.Regarding ********* services, we regret any misunderstanding about what this service offers. ********* typically provides roadside assistance, which may not cover all repair needs, but we strive to communicate their capabilities clearly. We apologize if any expectations were set differently, and we are here to assist with the generator repair in every way we can.Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this. Please dont hesitate to reach out to me directly if you need further updates or if theres anything specific we can do to support you during this process.       Wr were on a test drive fir a 2015 **** Class C and when we returned at the *********************, another Salesperson accepted a down payment from a phone call from ************ and we had no opportunity to make our offer.The Manager should have said wait until the test drive is done, we have one interested party ahead of you, and if no offer is made, we will call you back.We are extremely upset by the lack of professionalism and customer service.

      We acknowledge that this situation would be frustrating for the customer. Our mistake in this case was not asking for an agreement and deposit from the customer, subject to a test drive, before the customer was taken on a test drive. We have updated our process accordingly. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope the customer will find another suitable unit with us and secure it with a deposit once they do. Unfortunately, without a commitment or deposit we will not able to put a unit on hold while a customer is considering their purchase.

      The Old *************** Buyer beware! There are unethical & deceitful tactics at play at the Langley location. We had a sense that things might not work out so we wisely had them sign a contract stating that our deposit was fully refundable if they did not deliver our order by a certain date. We got our full deposit back because of the contract that we initiated. Be careful if you decide to shop there. The RV we ordered was not the RV that was delivered. Management called us as we were driving to the shop to complete an inspection to advise us that they hadnt noticed that the RV that allegedly arrived 5 days prior was not the RV we had ordered. Sure, sure. We were told that they could order the correct one & it might be available in early June. They knew that the one we wanted wasnt available so they ordered another one hoping wed accept it on the day of delivery. Sneaky! We got our full deposit back & walked away. Shop elsewhere if you want to deal with honest & ethical staff.
