    I ordered a part from this company 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing. There is no way to contact them except their form, which they do not answer. Do not purchase from Canada Tool Parts.

    I ordered 2 parts for my ****** vacuum from Canada Tool Parts on Oct. 14, 2022, and decided to call them the following week to get an estimate of when I would be receiving the parts. They were very helpful and responsive, and told me my order should be shipped out within a few days - and it was! On Oct. 21, 2022 I received an email telling me my order had been shipped out with ********* and the tracking number. I was very happy to receive my parts on Oct. 27, 2022. Would definitely use this company again.
