We started our process with Big Steel box in February 2024. My first interactions were with ***** in booking the delivery of my box. She was professional, accurate and had attention to detail. My box was then shipped to ******* and I was advised when it arrived at it's destination. A couple of weeks ago we confirmed the deliver date and I was given an approximate time. On the day of our move, *** called before he arrived and showed up with a smile on his face! He swiftly lined up the truck in our driveway as he indicated he had been here the day before to check how he would be able to off load the bin, which I thought was wonderful service. He gave us his number to call when we were ready to have my box picked up and my fianc's box delivered. He was quick and just as pleasant to deal with the second time. We had our boxes delivered and taken away within a couple of days, and things went seamlessly! We couldn't be happier. This is my second time using Big Steel Box and they continue to be consistently providing wonderful customer service! I would recommend them in a heartbeat to friends and family.

We were very happy with Big Steel Box again, this is the second time we have used them, arriving now in ****************. The drivers and customer service reps are great, they arrive when they say they will and load and unload in a friendly and professional manner.We would highly recommend Big Steel Box to anyone planning a move!BigSteelBox
