    I attended the office of Dr ************* in relation to possible toe nail fungus. Upon attendance I was requested to complete a form in relation to prescriptions and medical history which was completed and included recent cancer and cancer treatments. In the 5 minute examination he. Viewed my feet and indicated I had a fungus and prescribed a medication for my feet and laser treatment for my toes. He also pointed out that I had other issues with my feet and I should purchase orthotics and receive laser on my toes. Appointments were scheduled for Kelowna. When I got to my vehicle my wife read the info provided it stipulated that laser was not to be utilized if the patient had cancer treatment within the last two years. It is quite evident the Dr did not read the form required prior to examine the patient and prescribing follow up. It is my opinion the Dr was more focused on prescribing expensive ($695) orthotics and laser treatment at $95 per visit than treating the original problem. How serious would it have been if I had received the laser
