      Stole our money, nothing is working but they dont warn you that it is not working, no sign on non working machines, when we told the employee about the machine just took our money, he was rude and never gave us any money back, that is stealing and i would love to go through police if i could.

      I recently had a water leak in our home with our washing machine and had to use the services of laundromat for a month. I looked online and saw McCleaners at **** ***** ****** their online photo shown looked like a nice clean place to go. Well I was WRONG!! This place is unsanitary, filthy and needs attention!! There are non working machines and the ones that are operable, for $6 & $7 are not very clean. There is a spot where a machine had been pulled out next to two that work and one that doesn't work next to the wall, leaving that spot open. For the past 4 weeks while I have been going there it still isn't cleaned up!! Dirt, mold, an old towel, sock and garbage lay in that spot, and clearly looking at it one can see that there hasn't been an attempt to clean up in a very, very long time! I tried to contact the owner but there was never no reply. This place is definately not what it is shown online, it needs to be cleaned up!! I have taken photos if you would like to see them.
