    Chris's reputation for beautiful and sound homes/apartments are known on Vancouver Island. He stands by his work and the specific tradespeople that accompany him. Two generations of my family live in homes built by Clement. In a recent new home purchase, Chris advised me of all the workings of the home and provided a meticulous binder of details and contacts. The home inspector said the builder met all requirements and, in some places, did even better than that, like high-end, fire-protect siding. Chris is also a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend purchasing a home from Chris Clement Construction.
