A salesman came to do a pitch on Saturday morning without the appointment being confirmed from our side, intruding on our privacy. He was an older kind of nice guy so I felt reluctant to show him to the door but this way of aggressive sales practices is completely unacceptable.

Great product, great service, 100% satisfied. From the time I requested a quote online until a new dark charcoal slate style roof was installed on my house was under a month. A little luck on my side helped as it was a smaller, more simple job and done before their usual busy time of year. The entire Interlock team Senior Factory Representative, Installation Manager, Administrator, and Install Crew truly impressed me through the entire process. Money well spent. Definitely not the cheapest roof but looks good! The people worked hard during the hottest days of summer and cleaned up after the job was done! It rained heavily two days after the roof was finished! No concerns! Well done!Interlock Industries (B.C.) Ltd
