  I had called **** the owner and spoke to him regarding raccoon in the home or roof, and I hear the babies. As soon as I spoke to **** he knew exactly what the issue was. He asked me questions! Is the noise from raccoons night or day? Also asked a few other questions and even said do your research and get back to me. I then called multiple places some didnt even deal with racoons said its wild animal we dont take care of it. And also no one asked the questions **** did, he seemed the most knowledgeable without even coming to the house. I then proceeded to get an estimate and he sent over ****. And **** was amazing! Super nice and very polite . He knew right away where the mom and babies were also was very impressed he had a special device that he used to see the raccoons through the wall. He was very transparent and also had a busy day even noticed the urgency and said I will come tomorrow. Not only was he quick he was sending all videos all pictures and checked out entire home. Closed all entries. And explained everything as he was going along. With voice notes ext. I honestly had such a good experience and choosing them was best choice! They are so well priced as well compared to others. And also if they come back with a year the same entry he will come by for free. I highly highly recommend this company! Best experience and prior I have used them for a rat situation at a different home. They do the job well, and honest about it.

  The treatment itself was very effective - I noticed a significant reduction in the number of bed bugs within a few days. The exterminator came back for a follow-up visit to ensure that the infestation was completely eradicated, and he even offered to do another treatment if necessary (which thankfully wasn't needed).Overall, I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Avon Pest Control. The staff was friendly and professional, and the treatment was effective and affordable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with a bed bug infestation.

  Had an emergency on the day before Christmas, found a rat in our house. Called Gerry M*** at Avon and he was able to come the same day in the afternoon and checked the entire house. He then explained in detail what he was going to do, placed over 15 rat traps and they worked perfectly. Caught the rat and he came back and plugged the hole where he or she came in and removed the body and the traps. Considering the holidays and the urgency we are very grateful to Gerry and can highly recommend him. If we ever have any other pests that need to be taken care of we will only call Gerry, he did an outstanding job. ****** **

  Garry is very professional and responsive. He was able to come out the next day and do an inspection for bed bugs. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, and super friendly.
