    I had a leak in a window that became a huge mess. Being a newish person to the island, I didn't know anyone so I looked up construction companies on the BBB website. Because of the wonderful reviews, I called them and hoped for the best. Well, I am glad I did because I got the best. Kevin and his crew are absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond, and my new window is now way better than it ever was. They were accommodating, friendly and trustworthy (my big mean dog loved all of them and let them in the house without me there which is rare!). They were so kind to my dog to which is huge in my books. I have many more renos coming up and I will only use them. I definitely recommend them and have already told people to call for things that need to be done. Thank you Kevin and crew!

    We had an episode last winter while away on vacation where after a big snowfall, it came sliding off our roof and covered up our outdoor heat pump. The snow and cold temperatures had clogged up the heat pump so that it was no longer working. To rectify this issue for this coming winter and more, we had Kevin come by and come up with a solution. He built us an open-air framed unit with a hinged roof on brackets that will guarantee no more snow falling on the heat pump itself. Thank you so much Kevin!! We knew of your expertise and craftsmanship and will not hesitate to hire your services once again.

    Kevin and his crew did an excellent job in repairing winter snow damage to our remote grizzly bear viewing lodge, Knight Inlet Lodge. His crew delivered quality workmanship, in a timely and efficient manner, and I will be looking to use Boru Carpentry & Design again in the future. Kevin and his staff are courteous, friendly, hard working, reliable and honest, and worked closely with us to complete this project in time for our 2022 season opening.
