  I am so impressed with the service provided by Mr ********************** on June 5, 2024. I contacted them first thing in the morning to inform of squealing shower. I was sched. For service that same day. The plumber was delayed by a few hrs and their office kept me informed all along the way. The gentleman arrived on time, was immediately friendly and professional. He listened as I explained my situation but continued to work to diagnose and confirm problem. I was presented with quote before work was agreed to and this was honored exactly to the ***** on payment. The plumber was patient and understanding in helping me to understand what was required and why. I chose Mr ********************** based on the write up of their company. I liked the language they used and how I could detect warmth and friendliness in how they described their services. I am very pleased with service provided and would recommend.

  Had a sink backup that turned into a bit more of a dilemma in a house we have only just moved into.Turned into a garb replacement, new drains assembled and installed, and a rather extensive drain snaking Called early this morning, and they had ****** out to me quickly, after calling me back to confirm an earlier time slot had opened up. Very professional and hard working, to sort out the complete issues.I do feel the prices are on the higher end, but it does appear that it is all resolved and a good fresh start in our new home.

  To my surprise, Mr. Swirl was able to send out a plumber same day to deal with backed up toilet and shower. I like being sent a photo and the name of the plumber arriving at my door as well as notification that he is on his way. Harjot arrived on time, was polite and considerate. After looking at the problem, presented me with his assessment and estimate. He cleared the clogged pipes and made suggestions for future consideration. I have used Mr. Swirl personally a few times and they are used by strata in my building. Always professional.

  Yesterday our only toilet was plugged and calling Mr Swirl, as the 3rd option they were able to send Jackie to take care or our issue a few hours after our call. Jackie was efficient and also checked our tub, 2 sinks and dishwasher and laundry washer to ensure there were no problems. Thank you very much for your exceptional service. ******* *
