    After a four-week time discrepancy on price list and sizes, due to a mistake made by this individual resulting in significant damage to my business, when I went to collect my business cards, I encountered nothing but a dreadful experience. Instead of compensating for the damage, he merely said, 'I'm sorry' and wanted to give me the cards for free to prevent any protest, cards that didn't even have the value of trash. He took advantage of my patience. On another occasion when I went to get my other cards, he laughed disrespectfully, accused me of being a fraud, and mocked me in a sarcastic tone. He humiliated me by claiming I had no money to pay, while his card reader was broken. As I wanted to leave that toxic place as quickly as possible, I had to fix the machine myself and pay the amount.He didnt even appreciate the business I gave him. It was the worst experience ever, with brutal customer service and disastrous behavior. I strongly advise staying away from him.
