      My vehicle was brought in for bumper and quarter panel repairs, a process that extended over a month. The initial completion date was marred by the discovery that some of the repairs had not been carried out, leaving me dissatisfied and requiring additional work. It's disheartening to observe that Kirmac appears to lack a reliable system for quality control.After a month of anticipation, I finally retrieved my vehicle. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of bringing my 2-year-old daughter with me on a rainy day, preventing me from conducting a thorough inspection at the facility. It was only after returning home to drop off my daughter that I noticed the underside of the bumper had scrapes and seemed identical to my old one (please refer to the attached image). I returned to the shop the following day to discuss the damage with ****. His response was disappointing. He mentioned that it's Kirmac's policy that if you don't inspect your vehicle before driving it away and discover damage afterward, regardless of the distance or time, it becomes your responsibility, not theirs. This left me questioning whether the bumper had ever been replaced in the first place. Additionally, it's worth noting that Kirmac did not adequately clean the interior, leaving paint shop dust everywhere. The entire engine bay remained full of paint shop residue and dust, creating the impression that Kirmac prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction.In summary, the management team at Kirmac Richmond appears to lack crucial customer service skills, and **********************'s policies do not prioritize customer satisfaction. The overall experience felt more akin to a dubious car rental establishment where, if you drive away without conducting a meticulous inspection, any subsequent issues become your responsibility, not theirsan attitude resembling "you snooze, you lose."
