    Just had a new dual fuel heat pump and furnace installed by Aerotherm. Overall a great experience. From the first visit to do the estimate, to the actual install, and some follow up after the system was up and running the crews showed up on time exactly when they said. Everyone was friendly and very professional. Rachael in the office was always quick to respond to any questions or inquiries we had. Their estimate was bang on. The invoicing is detailed and all the paperwork needed for our rebate from Fortis was provided. Overall a great experience for a fairly extensive job. I wouldn’t hesitate at all to recommend Aerotherm and will definitely use them again in the future when we need anything done or maintenance performed! Nice work everyone on the team there and thank you for the great service!

    We had a heat pump and on-demand water heater installed by the Aerotherm team. I was impressed by their professionalism. They kept me updated with what they were doing and what I needed to do in preparation. They arrived when they said they would, did the installations efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them.

    I am very impressed with Tyler and team's professionalism, strong work ethic and great Daikin products. Tyler and Rachel were quick to respond to any questions I had during the entire process and the job was started and completed as promised. Product registration and rebate submissions were also taken care of by the team which was very much appreciated.     Aerotherm Solutions Ltd. recently installed a heat pump in our home, and we are 100% satisfied with the equipment and the staff who installed it. We were treated in a respectful manner, the work was extremely professional, and the men were knowledgeable about the product. Our install was completed in a prompt timeframe, and we feel like we were given a great amount of information for our own knowledge and use. We would recommend Aerotherm Solutions Ltd. and we really can't say enough about the friendly, competent people who make it such a good company.

    I have just had a new heat pump installed by Aerotherm Solutions. I am very happy with the way the project was completed. The crew arrived on the date and at the time promised. They worked consistently throughout the day completing the job in the late afternoon so that we had heat back on quickly. I would certainly recommend this local company. Tony C.
