    Do not use this company!!
    I had different heat pump companies come take a look at my heat pump. I keep getting two different diagnostic answers, so I called AWL tech. They were here for all of 10 minutes and charged me the most of all the companies that looked at the unit. I explained, it will stop working in about 10 minutes, just wait. They did not wait and they told me it was working perfectly. It doesn't. I called the shop to ask them to come back and wait and properly diagnose the issue. They said it would be a second charge. I decided to talk to Rick, the head guy. First, you can't leave a message and their hours are the same as my working hours. When I finally got a hold of him, he refused to let me explain the issue and told me to pay my bill and don't call them again. He finally let me speak for a fraction of a second before he cut me off, I told him, I will let people know about this experience and he then attacked my character repeatedly. Saying things I will not repeat. No person should ever talk to another person so disrespectfully. I was not rude or yelling, only trying to explain the issue. I was in true disbelief. I will pay for no service and got my character assassinated from a man I have never met. Rick is a mean bully who does not respect his customers. I do not want anyone else to have this dreadful experience. I can't understand how they will continue to stay in business when you can't communicate like an adult with customers who are dissatisfied. Go anywhere for your HVAC/heat pump/refrigeration needs but here.
