We had six of our windows replaced by A-1 windows in December 2024 and we love our new windows. We've noticed that the new windows really help keep the heat in our home and we don't hear outside noise as much. ******* helped us with the quote and was very patient with all of my questions and helped us figure out which installation method was best for our needs. The office estimated when the work would be completed and kept to the timeline. The installers were on time, efficient and considerate of our space. All in all, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend them. Thank you again A-1 windows!

I had all my windows replaced in 2015 by A1 windows. The original 35 year old windows were still good and sealed, no ********* new window that is not protected by an overhang showed a slow leak in November 2024. Upon inspection, it was found that the window was placed into the opening with some caulking along the top- the caulking failed after 10 years, understandably. The installation was not to code, with no flashing, and predictable it would leak. A1 is not taking responsibility and is expecting me to pay for a new window and for the proper installation of the window for around $1800. This company cannot be trusted to properly install windows or to be accountable when they do a sub par job.Review fromLesley D

We had 2 patio doors replaced, one of which was custom made. Vikram provided all the information we needed to make an informed choice. The price point was excellent and far below competitors. I absolutely love our new doors and the fact that they are locally manufactured! They are well made, look fabulous and slide smoothly. The installers were experienced, professional and cleaned up thoroughly after the installation. We had all of our window replaced between ***** years ago by A1 and they have stood up very well for 2 decades, still looking great! I would highly recommend A1 for affordable replacement windows and doors.A-1 Window Manufacturing Ltd.

Thank you A1 for the wonderful work done replacing our windows and patio door. The quality of the windows custom made for our house has exceeded our expectations. It is so much quieter inside and we are already noticing improved energy efficiency, in addition to having crystal clear views. Everyone we dealt with from A1 has been extremely helpful. Special thanks to ****** for his help with the many options available and to the installation teams for the amazing job they did installing the windows. We are in LOVE with our new windows!! The quality actually shocked us. We expected them to be a good upgrade but the ***************** etc are way higher quality than we could have expected. We had 32 windows replaced!!!! It was a HUGE job & a lot of trust because of the expense. We have to give a shout out to our salesman **** for trying to quote the perfect ********************* for our home & budget. He went out of his way to think of ways to make the windows functional & beautiful within our budget. We also have to give a huge shout out to our install team- Leader-************ ************************** and ****. *********** team were incredible. They cared to make sure the windows were installed properly. Some of the windows were tricky & they didn't take short cuts. They took the ********* showed. Can't say enough good things about everyone...start to finish. Such a class act. The fact that the windows are locally made is just the cherry on top. A1 was great from start to finish. The sales staff was very helpful in answering all the questions and concerns that we had and the experienced installers were quick to get the job done in just a few hours (about 14 windows + 1 sliding door). A1 Windows is "One Call Does It All" ******** From my initial contact until last window caulking and receiving final invoice, everything was smooth and easy. *******, sales person, was thorough, patient and professional from inspecting the house and providing quote, to visiting the place during work to see the progress. *******, Instalation Coordinator, was clear, efficient, patient and cheerful. Tone of her voice makes you feel everything is OK and under control.The last but not least, installers Ranjit, ******* and ****** were professional, quick and efficient. It was obvious they know their job, taking action without delays and were coordinated to maximize the use of their time.I would definitelly recommend A1 Windows to anyone who wants to make their house enegy efficient by getting rid of old single od double glazed windows and instaling triple glazed protection which keeps heat inside, cold and noise outside.*********************, *********************************************************A-1 Window Manufacturing Ltd.
