      ****** ******** was very helpful with the planning of our cruise. He did a wonderful job of explaining everything that needed to be taken care of for our upcoming experience.

      ***** did a wonderful job as our travel agent! She got us a better deal for our trip to ****************** than we had expected and was attentive and responsive the entire way. Despite a small hiccup involving the resort (which she was quick to contact us about to resolve!) our trip was an amazing successful experience! We would definitely use Odenza to book our next adventure!

      **** ******** was awesome! Very kind unlike the woman I had before I asked to be switched to a new agent. She was very rude and not willing to work with me. **** S was very understanding and did a great job!! He is more professional than her and did very well.
