      We would struggle to say that we trust this company. Anyone looking for them to do work for you, beware! Their invoice was not broken down so we had to call them to ask how a $2100 job was charged. They charged an extraordinary amount for a job, adding 2.5 hours of labor at $169/hr for time not actually spent on site. A 12% truck charge and a $300 confined space entry charge were also applied which OK, there should be charge for those, but seriously, $300 for 1 hour use of a tripod, winch and gas monitor??!!?? (they didn't use a blower). At that rate they'll probably cover the purchase cost of their equipment in no time at all! (I work in this field so know how much that type of equipment costs).On top of the charge issue, they cancelled on us TWICE at VERY short notice (both within an hour of their expected arrival) and offered no explanation other than 'an emergency came up'. We had booked WEEKS in advance. All in all, very poor and no discount for exceptionally poor service. They were not even prepared to contemplate a reduction. Finally, they proceeded to take payment incorrectly even though we issued them written instructions on how we wanted to be charged - they literally charged to the card on file and that was that, not even an apology for that.This company does what it likes, cancels at the last minute repeatedly (showing that they over promise and under deliver), has very poor attitude and service and I can promise you, we will never use them ever again. We feel fleeced.

      Slump repair - cancelled twice.Showed up first time charged 1.5hrs for 30 minutes work, second time 6hrs for 1.5hrs work.Do not use this company, **** *** * ***** ** ******* *** ** ****** ******. No consideration taken for cancellation of scheduled work or that time of work was required to accommodate their visit. ** ****** ***** *** ** ***** **** ***** ** ** **** ********
