      Dear *********** am writing to file a formal complaint against Yellow Pages Digital Media Solutions. As a young and small business owner who recently started operating, I entrusted Yellow Pages to provide advertising services that would help grow my business.Unfortunately, not only did I receive little to no leads or benefit from their service, but they also misled me into signing a contract that is now draining funds I critically need to build and sustain my company. Despite multiple attempts to cancel the service and request a refund, Yellow Pages continues to charge me without providing the promised value or acknowledging my *********** a new and struggling business, every dollar counts. I feel taken advantage of and ignored.
