      I picked up my glasses almost a year ago when something happened to the part that attaches from the arm to the glasses, they are frameless. I went in to have them fixed, I was asked so many questions from Did you sit on them to How do you take them off? I assured them I had worn glasses for years and knew how to remove them. They were talking like I was used to hearing the jargon of spec savers talk. I kept saying I did not buy a warranty when they said they would warranty them. I came to understand that they were going to replace them. Great, thank you. I decided to buy another pair at the time, I was turning to walk away I saw them staring at each other with that FU look. Well, My new glasses came in and the same thing happened within a month I went back to the other side of town, and they were fixed only for the same thing to happen two days later ALSO my replacement pair made noise and are very flimsy. So today I will be returning to the store for yet another repair and have a look at my other new pair. THREE pairs of glasses with issues. I had a big problem a year ago with contact lenses I was told they were in and went to get them and they were not the person was so rude and was lying about what he said. He was in the store when I had to return my glasses the second time, he walked right past me the manager said to help me I did not see what he did but by the look on his face it was not nice. I DREAD going back today I wish I had gone to some other place. I will NEVER buy any more from Spec savers.

      No frames for $149. Told I could not get two for one because Im high index. Also told my single vision lens that were to be included in frame price would not be honoured and that my glasses would be around 400 dollars for one pair. They scam you to come into the store and then dont give you the deal they advertise because of small clauses that they show you thats not on the advertisement. Walked out and got mine at ****** for one quarter of the price.

The $149 price for complete glasses is valid with standard 1.5 single-vision lenses (or 1.6 for rimless ranges) with scratch-resistant coating. If you choose a single pair of glasses from our $149 range or above, you get one of our lens extras at no extra charge (for example, standard progressive lenses).       I went to Specsavers on Hastings St in Vancouver to get their deal on 2 pairs of glasses along with assurance of a money back guaranty. The end result was very poor quality frames and lenses. Due to above, I asked for my money back. A heated discussion ensued with the manager saying he would not give my money back and then told me to get out of store and never come back. THIS MAN SHOULD BE FIRED. Thanks to an employee named Tim in same store (who 'should' be the manager), he got my money back

      This place I made 6 glasses, out of them 5 were made wrong, it was 4 months ago. They, including Manager promise that they will make it right. They made 4 times, still not right. I am still waiting for our glasses to be made right. This is not acceptable. This business should be taken to court. They are not worried about customers, only about money.
