    Was not favourably impressed. On the plus side:They were 1 hour late but called at the appointment time to let us know, and organise a new time. Cleaned out the junk with speed and efficiency. Did give us the advertised $50 discount. On the negative side: Estimated the cost ( from photos provided ) at approximately $195.00 which is 1/8 of a truck-full. Because they were late, I wasn't home. We spoke on the phone and they said it would be a bit more than estimated. Total cost: $734.82. Amazing what "a bit" turned out to be. There were 5 dead tree branches that, with their bulky branches, on top of the household debris, inaccurately "filled" the truck to 3/4 full. ** ******* ** **** ******** *** ************* When I commented that the price was outrageous, all we received was an "*** ****** ***** *** ***** *****". Really? Dumping fees for garden waste is free, and a generous estimate of the weight of the debris would have been a $25.00 charge at the dump. If low-balling the estimate and increasing the final price to more than 3 times, with a lame excuse is this company's normal practice, I do hope they are soon out of business. We certainly won't be contacting them for our house renos next year.+
