  We had a very similar experience recently. We called them for assessment of a minor water damage. Technicians came and said that there was moisture and left Air mover and dehumidifier running for the weekend. They came on Monday and mentioned that additional work may need to be done. We did not proceed with the additional work. For the 3 days of humidifiers and installation, we have ended up with a bill of $3,200. No proper communication on what the humidifiers would cost. I am glad we did not go with additional work. Putting this out here, so that people are aware and do not choose. Please do not be fooled by the good reviews on ******.

  I just called them 10 am while flooding my basement there employees came to my house around 6pm and 7pm they left only putting two dehumidifier machines and they left didnt clean anything and promised me they will come tomorrow. Next day they never showed up I called them again they said they will come next day but never showed up after three days when they didnt show up I called them to come and pick up your dehumidifier they came and picked up dehumidifier and change me on my credit card $3542.26 just putting dehumidifier for three days. They charged me $311.12 for calling them please dont call them because they charge to calling them. $600 contractors fee totally nonsense charges please careful about this company before you call them

  A burst pipe in a neighbours unit caused water damage in our home. Now 9 months later the issue is still not resolved. It should have taken 10 days maximum to do the repairs. Initially the carpet was reinstalled 1/2 inch lower than the hardwood floor it abuts. To solve the issue an extra piece of underlay was tucked under the edge. Now the carpet and hardwood are even but the edge of the carpet is not fastened to anything. I am appalled by the shoddy workmanship of all the repairs that occurred in dealing with this claim but by far the carpet issue is the worst. Stay away from this company. They certainly do not live up to their name

  This is a special business... and not in a good way. The only thing they do well is answer your initial call and give you a list of options. From then on, it's a nightmare. I won't name the project manager I was stuck with, but he was absolutely shocking. Forgetting the project details, not creating quotes according to requests, not calling when the fee estimate is nearing 100%, not calling when the project phase is over, and so on.One example: the initial fee estimate was $6,000. No problem, and it's only an estimate so there was an expectation it'd be a bit higher. A week later, got a bill for $10,000+, with no heads up that the fee estimate had been exceeded. Not a call! Amateur stuff. This company is, as the name says, pretty incredible. Incredibly unprofessional.

  ********* Business practises! Do not explain what is going on, pressure you into signing authorization for work without providing information. Their first "emergency" estimate for scope of work was over $28,000. The actual cost was closer to $8,000. My strata forwarded me the bill for the work that they did do on an emergency basis, and the information was erroneous and **********. The scope of work did not add up. I tried dealing with their project manager, but she pretty much brushed me off. I would NEVER use this company for anything. I have even lodged an official complaint with my strata. If I could delete starts I would.

  Stay away from this company. They are hungry for your money and service is very poor. They won't pick up the phone and they put you on hold forever when there's an issue. If you don't want to be upset and ripped off.. Never ever call these guys for anything.
