Worst negative experience ever today When had previous Coit Rep in home Apx 2 weeks ago I got an invoice left Should want to book Coit to clean my carpets as moving Tried to book today in advance of my move end of November & pay in advance When I asked normal questions to booking Rep Was told eventually Coit refused to accept my business Asked to resolve why this refusal with Manager I’m assuming he’s maybe owner? He again gave very negative feedback relating to my perfectly normal questions & said doesn’t want to risk messing up this job I said why so negative is this how you respond to all your customers asking same information questions? we were very happy with the big area of ceramic tile we had cleaned and regrouted. Thomas was the technician and we highly recommend his work as he even repaired a chip that had been bothering us. Both Thomas and the 2 men who came to do the aging carpeting were so friendly and helpfull it made our day!!. Thanks Coit. I have used Coit for over 10 years and have been very happy with their work...Chris B****** was always my go to guy as he personally looked after my rugs and me...this time I had Carl who showed up at the time he said he would here and I found that he was also a great person who knew what I wanted..Thank you Coit...I would recommend you anytime..COIT Cleaning and Restoration of Vancouver
