We had a very ****** accident on a bedroom carpet. **** came quickly to access it and then got back to us very quickly with a price and service. All the staff we dealt with were very professional and courteous. They did an amazing job of cleaning the area. It was very expensive and they would have charged us again if they had to come back, but the cleaner gave me advice on how to spot clean myself and it worked.

******* the estimator did a through examination of our carpets and explained the estimate in a very detailed fashion. He was very professional and courteous. We were very pleased with the service ***** the technician provided when he came to clean our carpets. There were a few mysterious stains in our carpet and he did a great job on them though not all could be removed. ***** was very professional, courteous and appeared to take pride in his work.We would not hesitate to use **** again.COIT Cleaning and Restoration of Vancouver

Great service. I asked **** to clean 3 bedroom carpets in my rental suite. The previous tenant had a cat and cat hair and dander were embedded in the carpet fibers. You couldnt see the cat hair or dander and I had no idea it was there. My new tenant is allergic to cats and very sensitive and had a dramatic reaction to the cat material trapped in the fibers. I had vacuumed and thoroughly cleaned the unit prior to him moving in and the tenant also vacuumed several times as well as running an air purifier 24/7 and was still reacting. I called **** on a Friday, and they had a rep do an estimate on the following Monday and cleaned the carpets on the Thursday. My tenant said the service was quick and professional and that ******* was able to remove a lot of cat hair. The results dramatically reduced his allergic reaction. The price was reasonable and Im very happy that **** was able to get the carpets to the point that the tenant could enjoy the unit.COIT Cleaning and Restoration of Vancouver
