    Lack of time and attention to job-site responsibilities. He left his apprentice unattended on site most of the day, every day and assured us he would landscape the areas back to what it looked like prior to digging up our home perimeters. Did damage to our roof and never came back to fix as he assured us he would have someone come back to correct it. Also claimed to have landscaping experience but he does not. We have had to pay a professional to fix everything he left unfinished and not landscaped back to what it was to be. **** ******* **** **** **** ****** ** ** ** ********* **** ** ** ******** *** ******** ** ******** ******  We paid cash and etransfer to Will ******** * **** owner of this company, also have text messaging ** ***** ** *** ****** ** *** ***** So very disappointed at the lack of care and attention to the work that needed to be done. Work ethic is very poor. ***** ***** ** ***** *** **** *** *****  I will not recommend this company to anyone.

    I’m sorry you feel this way. We were hired to replace the perimeter drains and they were completed to code in a timely manner. My apprentice was left on site for periods of time as I was making dump trailer runs to the rock pit for material needed to install the drainage at the front and side of the house, as well as the rock pit we installed at the side of the shop. 

    Your review comes as a shock to me as upon completion of the job we all discussed that further landscaping needed to be done which is any case when you’re digging up a foundation. 

    We removed the plants as requested and worked along side you to replace and shaped your new garden. 

    I am not a roofer so I am relying on a contractor friend to come fix the roof. As he has been in and out of the country the past few months I have been waiting for him to have time.

    I might also mention there was a $500 hold back that is still not paid which was to be paid upon the repair of the roof of the small shop beside the house.

    To my knowledge when we left,  you and your husband were both satisfied with the job.

    I will contact my contractor friend and get the roof repair lined up as soon as possible.

    As to your remark regarding where the office is, it is indeed in Brentwood Bay. I was working on the lower Island for 12-years. Now that I have moved my operation to the mid-island, the office remains in Brentwood Bay.
