    Councils should look elsewhere for a better management company! Teamwork Property Management offers poor organization and no accountability. We provide a clear direction. Repairs were made contrary to the direction and the managing broker will not return emails or return calls. Out of office is always on. This company couldn’t even manage to put together a maintenance program when asked. We had questions on a depreciation report and we were told we were asking too many questions from the property manager. When it came to budgeting, we were told one thing, and then later told another. It is clear they do not know what they were doing. It is sad, as council we rely on a pay for professional guidance we did receive is here. Shame on you Teamwork Property Management, Do better!

    Very disappointed in the abelites to receive **transfers for levies on the property for property management. This levy is for roof replacements that our Strata did not plan properly for and now the new people in the complex (we just bought here) end up paying for the others who lived here to have a "free" ride.... How is that even possible? What kind of Strata Management is that? Now I know why I received the advice from others of NOT to buy in a Strata complex (especially one managed by Teamwork as they can't even receive a simple **transfer payment)! I tried to discus this issue with the Admin team but really all I got is that it is too hard for them to accept **transfer payments and that it would require hiring more staff than they already have to processes the mailed cheques and bringing daily deposits to the bank... Really? I find it odd that they can do authorized bank drafts from my account each month but cannot receive a levy **transfer! What a hassle for the rest of us!!

    Thank you for your comments. We are unfortunately not able to accept **transfers for strata fees or other amounts at this time. Acceptable methods of payment include cash, cheque payable to the Strata Corporation, bank draft payable to the Strata Corporation and pre-authorized debit. Special levies may be withdrawn from the pre-authorized debit agreement with written permission of the Owner. If you would like to pay by any of these methods please contact our office to make arrangements. Your comments about accepting e-transfer have been noted and this payment method may become available in future.

    We do understand that it could be frustrating for new owners to face a special levy for a capital project. However, it is the industry norm for prospective purchasers to review BECA and Depreciation reports, prior minutes along with financial statements thus giving a good understanding of strata corporation’s condition, financial position and future obligations. We would like to remind you that an approval of a capital project is owners’ decision
