I am giving this zero stars even though I can't actually! I am getting very tired of this store ***** to me. Firstly, one of the cashiers told me I could combine physical and digital stamps on the pots an pans. So I try to redeem and I get told no, you can't do that. Then last night I went in and did a grocery shop. I get to the cashier, get her to scan my card (the card I have been using for YEARS!!) and up on the screen pops "account issue". She says I have to phone customer service. So I try and of course they are closed. So she says to me - call in the morning, they will be able to make sure you get your points. So I call the next morning (held forever) and get the full runaround. Resolution today - they will not help me saying that I didn't scan my card. The cashier did scan my card and got the error. This is not my fault! I will NEVER shop with any ******* company again. The customer service from your team is just pathetic. Very unprofessional and *********!
