    I asked for a headstone the same size of my fathers. Quote was given bit for a smaller size. I have **** reading is not something i do too easy these days. Received the quote Friday Transferred 600 to the business Saturday , on Monday ti spoke to the lady who answers the phone she told me the size , i told here i would have to speak to my family Tuesday morning i call them to say no not acceptable Thursday evening *** the owner called and was outraged that i was asking for the return of my deposit claiming his team was already putting to letters together.So what do i do now!business ethics are below standard for this company.I am truely disappointed in ever doing any business with the shysters

    1. ****** ******************* purchased a stone from Forever Monuments on April 12, 2014

    2. On July 10, 2023 called me on my cell and stated she wanted the same kind of stone she purchased on April 12, 2014

    3.I provided her a written quotation of the current price, she said she wanted a lower price, so we specked a 2" instead of the 3" in the original order in 2014.

    4. On July 15, 2023 offer was acknowledged and an etransfer of $600 was deposited to the Forever Monuments account.

    5. Then on July 20 they visited REMCO Memorials trying to get more aggressive pricing and then making me match that price. I compromised by making the thickness 3" and also 2" wider and kept the price from the original quote.

    6. I responded that this is the best I can do, and no refund would be provided. In that time the monument was cut and layout had been done, which is why no refund was provided.

    7. I expect an apology for being called a shyster. I have not had a bad dealing with anyone in my life.
