    Fantastic service and work ethic. Have a new outdoor Heat Master wood boiler installed.. **** plumbing and heating were great at hooking up the system and helping us maintain it. Easy to reach by phone or text. Had some issues that it wasnt burning properly. They were able to trouble shoot over the phone and saved us a service visit. They phoned us the next day to see how things were running. They seem to be very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them.

    Had this company work on our fireplace 4 times, on separate service calls they changed out two thermostat couplers and regulator. Still would not run properly, they sent tech back at their expense which was appreciated. Still would not work properly, main burner and pilot light would go out which was the original issue. Ended up a few months later and called in another service company, they investigated our concern and immediately identified that the pilot burner was not burning properly. They removed and cleaned, reinstalled and ************* ever since.

    Sir you may be experiencing debris or dirt within the gas line system. The repairs that we performed worked and before departing the unit was running correctly. We had cleaned out the pilot line and pilot system and it did make a considerable difference in the flame colour and volume. Thank you for mentioning that we did not charge you on the last trip. We also did give you 10% off because of the problems that you were experiencing. We wouldve come back for free if you wouldve called us. If you need any future service or would like to discuss this, please dont hesitate to call us, as we are always here to help in whatever capacity possible.

    They came to the house to repair my boiler which had shut down. They spend numerous hours trying to figure out what was wrong. They jury rigged the boiler to get it running, and ordered an expensive part which took over a month to arrive. They came to install it, and decided it was not that part, but another one. They got that one, and it failed within 12 hours. They then got the correct part and installed it. This took from the end of October to early January. When they finished. The boiler was banging, clanging and whiselling as it had been from the first time they fired up the system, which they claimed would stop after the air got out of the system. All this noise was not present prior to the repair. I waited until March with no change and called them to address this, and was told they were not doing anything. I suggested the owner come and see me so we could review everything, and they refused. **********

    There are two sides to every story and the truth of the matter is............Regarding your 9-year-old boiler we have provided a lot of customer service over the phone and in person at no charge to you. All these phone calls and in person visits that you have not been charged for are over $ *******. As far as the damper motor that was ordered it did take over a month to get, much like anything now a days due to supplier issues. We had also refunded your money for the amount that you had paid on the motor dated Dec 2/2022.On our last visit on Dec 8/2022 the boiler was operating as it should with no issues. We had received a phone call from you on December 29/2022 regarding the boiler being down since December 25/2022. We arrived on site January 3/2023 and found that there was a wiring issue this time. Repaired the loose wire and boiler was working as it should. You were present on every day we were there, and you had agreed that the boiler was running as it should. March 7/2023 59 days later you had reached out to us stating that there could be a possible problem. We had offered you a service call to come down and look. You had refused the service since you did not want to pay for the service.After refusing the service on March 7/2023 you emailed us 37 days later at this time we had suggested to you to find another company.

    My wife and I had an emergency boiler replacement. ***** Plumbing and Heating staff sourced a boiler and installed it within three days from first notification. ********, *** and *** all provided excellent service and I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing and heating needs.
