These guys ROCK!! From the people who answer their phones to the technician that came to my house everyone there I've dealt with provided the BEST customer service! Very professional, courteous and very good at their job!I'm very impressed! Thanks for saving me. 40 below and furnace issues. Called and there were here quickly and got everything back running quickly and at reasonable cost!Review fromWayne W

Tried to scam us into getting a new furnace because of a supposedly cracked heat exchanger. Which it was not

I emailed the customer and provided them pictures of the crack in the heat exchanger and asked for documentation or data that contradicted this fact and offered the customer a refund. I also attached the code regarding heat exchangers and why the code states they need to be replaced if they are defective. We would deem a crack to be defective and communicated this to the customer.
