      We had ND Roofing repair hail damage on our ******* home. Unfortunately the facia applied to the back roof line was thin and inferior. It does not lay flat as it should. It has huge warps and gets worse with the summer heat. I waited patiently for ****** to come and fix it as he said he would but never did. He also stopped returning my calls when I left voicemails. Thats two years ago Now to be fair yes I stopped calling ****** but here I am still looking at the bad work I paid for every time I look up. I want it fixed. ND Roofing is a BBB member and I thought he probably wont answer my calls so I would write this review to maybe jar his mind and get him to contact me.

      Hi ***,We completely understand your frustration with the fascia buckling and have tried to explain the best that we could. Unfortunately, because this is an insurance job, we were only able to install one brand, which only one supplier had colour matched. Insurance jobs are tricky because there are stipulations and limitations to the repairs and what products are to be used. In this case, we had to colour match and only one supplier carried it. Sadly, this brand seems to have a defect. We had given two other options which would have had to be paid out of pocket. 1. Which was to change out all the metal on the house and garage with a different manufacturer or 2. Custom bend fascia. Both were quite pricey and because this is insurance, we are only allowed **** per foot, you're looking at almost ***** a foot for the custom bend metals. Also, this option is only possible if we are able to find a metal coil of the same colour which we can not guarantee.We are more than happy to come to take a look, but unfortunately, this sounds like a manufacturing problem, and we would be happy to point you in the right direction on what are the next steps you need to take. If you had reached out to one of the girls in the office, they would have helped you with this process.       Clearly in your response to me you stated that the product in question had a defect. I sent your response to my Insurance adjuster as you claimed they did not allow you the extra money so you could get the proper material. They agree with me that ND Roofing has clearly stated that you installed a defective material on my house and that you should stand up to your warranty and replace it. At no time did ****** know the product had a defect until I brought it to his attention after it was installed. I dealt with ****** personally through everything that was done. At no time did he ever explain to me there would be an issue. Stand by your warranty please. Make it right. It was not my fault but you still refuse and skirt the issue and blame it on everyone else.Again you clearly state the product has a defect
