      We had Trusty ************ booked to trim two trees in our yard after one was damaged in the summer. The trimming could not be done prior to October 1st, as one tree is an Elm. On August 21st we received a confirmation email for Oct. 3rd, 2:00 P.M. and another email Oct. 2nd confirming the same date and time. Then, on Oct. 3rd at 8:00 A.M. received a text stating they would be at our home at 9:00 A.M. one hour from then. I had arranged my day to be home for 2 P.M. as I wanted to be present when the work was being done, because I wanted to make sure what I wanted would be done properly. I called their office number, was promised a call back, that didn't happen. Fortunately I was home still and was able to speak with the two men doing the work to make sure my trimming was done the way I wanted. The men doing the work did a fine job of trimming, but as the paying customer and tree owner I do not want some business owner thinking they know how and when I want something done. The trees would not have been trimmed the way I wanted if I hadn't spoke with the trimmers and that would have been an awful thing to come home to. I takes a lot of years and care to grow trees properly and to have a speciality contractor come in and ruin your years of tree care is hard to believe and unacceptable. I would recommend being very careful about hiring this company if you care about your trees. They may not kill your trees, but you may not get what are paying for or expecting. I'm giving a rating of two because the men doing the work did a fine job of pruning, but the business side of this company falls way short of any kind of customer service.
