Very professional. Job was well planned out and even with some unexpected challenges they were quick to find solutions and get our septic system back working the way it should. I would recommend them to others for sure.

I contacted SepTech Solutions Canada Inc to help address a problem with our 44 year old septic field freezing up. After meeting on site with the representative and reviewing various options, we decided to proceed with a repair. The work was done in extremely cold and wintery conditions, which were not ideal. Once the area of concern was uncovered, it was quickly determined that the scope of work needed to be changed. The work was done quickly and the company was able to react to what needed to be done to ensure that no further freeze *** would likely occur. Overall, I was pleased with how the project was planned and executed. No one minded that I was there to take photos for future reference and to ask any questions. Would I use SepTech again - yes! Would I recommend them to others - yes!SepTech Solutions Canada Inc.

We have been extremely happy and satisfied with the work and knowledge they have given us. They are so friendly and understanding. Answered our questions and when we had more they were quick to get back to us and made sure we were satisfied. We have never had this type of amazing customer service and attention from a company. We have been very happy with the knowledge that they have about their product, are very approachable to answering our questions and their answers are easily understood. Any concerns that we have experienced have been dealt with very promptly and to our full satisfaction. Their top man, ****, has personally been to our home twice, is very friendly and has ensured that we are totally satisfied with their service. We have seen a definite improvement to our 30-year-old septic field, and we are expecting a longer life to the system.
