    I am a Director on the Board of ************************* in Southwest ********. Eagle Eye manages our security and intercom systems. While the technology functions with minimal downtime, our experience from a governance and service standpoint has been unacceptable.The owner, Will, consistently oversteps professional boundaries by choosing who he will communicate with. If he doesnt like a Board member, he demands alternative contacts. This is highly inappropriate and contradicts how contractors are expected to interact with clientsespecially when Board members represent all owners.The Board formally requested administrative access to our systems to manage them internally and eliminate ongoing hourly fees. Will has obstructed this transition, creating unnecessary barriers to maintain control and continue billing for work the Board could handle.Will also installed new intercom systems in both buildings but failed to configure them correctly, omitting the +1 prefix for Canada-wide calls. Many residents now cant use the system to connect with guests, despite paying for it through condo fees. Will blamed *****, but ***** confirmed long-distance has never been active on our account since *********** showing his refusal to take accountability.Over five years, the Corporation has paid Eagle Eye over $100,000 in security upgradesmany debatable in necessity. While equipment works, support, professionalism, and communication have consistently failed. ***** actions prioritize personal preference over the needs of the Board and residents.We are a volunteer Board managing a not-for-profit corporation. Contractors dont get to dictate who theyll speak to. Until Will chooses to act professionally and work with the elected Board, we cannot recommend Eagle Eyes services to any condominium or business.Avoid this company.
